Drama Korea 'Mimi' mengisahkan tentang seorang pria bernama Minwoo (Shim Chang Min) yang berprofesi sebagai penulis webtoon berjudul '8 Desember'. Webtoon tersebut direspons positif oleh penggemar webtoon.
Namun, Minwoo belum berhasil menyelesaikannya karena dia menulis berdasarkan catatannya yang ada di kalender tahun 2003. Setelah tanggal 8 Desember, tidak ada catatan lagi di kalender tersebut. Hal ini membuat Minwoo buntu ide.

Ketika mencari tahu, Minwoo menemukan fakta bahwa dirinya kehilangan ingatan. Terutama, ingatannya tentang cinta pertamanya Mimi (Moon Ga Young), yang kini selalu mengikutinya kemana-mana.
